Home Appliance Account Manager – Turkey

Grow Molex’s connector and interconnect business across Turkey by developing strategic customer accounts, winning product designs, and converting opportunities into production revenue. The role combines customer-focused technical sales with account planning and coordination across commercial and engineering teams.

ERP

Tavsif

  • Manage and expand assigned home appliance accounts across Turkey.
  • Build trusted relationships with engineering, procurement, operations, quality, supply chain, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver account plans that support growth, profitability, and customer success.
  • Find and develop new applications, platforms, and business opportunities.
  • Create technical demand by understanding customer architectures and matching them with suitable Molex solutions.
  • Win design placements and manage opportunities from initial engagement through production launch and revenue realization.
  • Support pricing, quotations, negotiations, forecasting, and contract administration.
  • Coordinate teams across the business to deliver successful customer outcomes.
  • Share customer requirements and market needs with engineering, product management, and innovation teams.
  • Track industry trends, competitors, manufacturing investment, and emerging technologies in Turkey’s home appliance market.
  • Keep CRM records and forecasts accurate.
  • Represent Molex in customer meetings, technical workshops, supplier events, and industry exhibitions.
  • Report to the Home Appliance Sales Manager for Europe.
  • Work with regional sales teams, product divisions, engineering, marketing, customer service, operations, supply chain, finance, and distribution partners.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline.
  • Background in account management, business development, technical sales, or customer-facing commercial work in the home appliance industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and expand strategic accounts.
  • Ability to interpret customers’ technical needs and connect them to commercial solutions.
  • Strong consultative selling, account planning, negotiation, and opportunity management skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Sound commercial and financial judgment.
  • Self-directed approach, with the ability to work independently and contribute within an international organization.
  • Fluent Turkish and professional working proficiency in English.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Turkey and occasionally internationally.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Established connections with major home appliance manufacturers, suppliers, or technology partners in Turkey are preferred.
  • Knowledge of appliance connectivity, sensing, automation, user interface, power, or smart appliance technologies is preferred.
  • Experience selling connectors, interconnect solutions, cable assemblies, sensors, antennas, or related technologies is preferred.
  • A record of winning design placements and converting opportunities into production revenue is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the home appliance manufacturing network around the Eskişehir–Çerkezköy corridor and nearby regions is preferred.
  • Experience working with European or global account structures is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or comparable CRM and ERP systems is preferred.
