Tavsif

  • Manage daily operations for Dandy’s new sales office in Lehi
  • Launch the new facility and coordinate with vendors as operations transition to a steady state
  • Oversee facilities coordination, office organization, and upkeep
  • Anticipate operational needs and improve the workplace and employee experience
  • Manage local vendors for furniture installation, cleaning, office supplies, maintenance, and catering
  • Coordinate vendor schedules and service appointments
  • Monitor routine office expenses and communicate requirements to Operations and Finance partners
  • Create practical trackers and systems for supplies, vendors, schedules, and recurring tasks
  • Resolve day-to-day operational issues promptly and serve as an escalation point
  • Act as the on-site contact for employees, guests, and interview candidates
  • Maintain a welcoming, professional office for daily work and special events
  • Arrange rooms and logistics for on-site meetings, training sessions, and team activities

Talablar

  • Bring 2–4 or more years of experience in office management, operations, facilities, or a comparable field
  • Prior experience supporting an office opening, relocation, or new-space launch is strongly preferred
  • Coordinate vendors effectively while managing multiple operational priorities at once
  • Demonstrate strong organization and careful attention to detail
  • Work independently and comfortably in a hands-on contractor position
  • Communicate clearly and build effective working relationships
  • Use Google Workspace, Slack, and basic operations tools proficiently
  • Experience in a startup or rapidly growing company is preferred
  • Familiarity with facilities coordination or project-tracking practices is preferred
  • Experience supporting sales organizations or fast-paced offices is preferred
  • Hold legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Do not require sponsorship or other employer assistance to obtain or maintain U.S. work authorization
