Opis

  • Create and refine action plans, offering expert advice and guidance.
  • Deliver teach-backs and co-facilitate Driver Trainee instruction with senior leaders.
  • Give feedback to Driver Trainees, Fleet Development leaders, and Regional Training Center staff.
  • Build stakeholder relationships and put business solutions into practice.
  • Audit facilitation across all Fleet Development roles.
  • Review consistency at One Best Way tours and assess risks.
  • Check One Best Way compliance and ensure alignment with Fleet Development course materials.
  • Contribute to Fleet Development content and verify its accuracy with the Learning Content Development team.
  • Facilitate classroom and virtual training for structural and change initiatives.
  • Support Regional Training Center operations and lead “tour to teach” activities.
  • Teach classes in line with block schedules.
  • Track virtual reality training use and end-of-day activities across multiple Fleet Development sites.
  • Train associates using Academy Connect, virtual reality, and other technologies.
  • Deliver and support training for specialized and change initiatives.
  • Provide further instruction to Fleet Development Trainers and track task completion.
  • Hire, train, mentor, assign work to, and recognize associates.
  • Uphold Walmart policies, values, ethics, compliance standards, and culture of belonging.

Zahteve

  • Hold an interstate Class A Commercial Driver’s License with a Hazmat endorsement and cleared background check, or be able to obtain the endorsement and clearance within 120 calendar days of hire.
  • Have at least three years of full-time Class A tractor-trailer driving experience within the past seven years.
  • Have no more than two moving violations while driving a personal or commercial vehicle in the past three years.
  • Have no serious traffic violations while driving a personal or commercial vehicle in the past three years.
  • Have no DUI, DWI, or OUI convictions, or alcohol- or drug-related reckless driving convictions, in the past 10 years.
  • Have no preventable commercial motor vehicle accidents in the past three years.
  • Have no preventable DOT-recordable commercial motor vehicle accidents in the past 10 years.
  • Have no preventable commercial motor vehicle accident resulting in a fatality or catastrophic injury.
  • Preferred: At least 250,000 miles of over-the-road tractor-trailer driving experience.
  • Preferred: Experience driving an over-the-road tractor-trailer.
  • Preferred: No moving violations in the past three years.
  • Preferred: Training or facilitation experience.
