Opis

  • Provide first-line technical support to customers
  • Configure and maintain physical and logical networks, including switches and access points
  • Track IT infrastructure availability and performance with tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, or Nagios
  • Log incidents involving networks and servers
  • Provide technical assistance and maintain the corporate IT environment
  • Work as part of the remote customer support team

Zahteve

  • A completed or ongoing technical or undergraduate degree in computer networking, information technology, computer engineering, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience supporting networks, servers, and technical environments
  • Strong command of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, and VPNs
  • Experience administering Windows and Linux servers
  • Familiarity with enterprise networking hardware such as switches, routers, and access points
  • CCNA certification, either obtained or in progress
