Technical Support Analyst III
Provide remote Level 1 customer support and help maintain TecHub’s corporate networks, servers, and infrastructure monitoring.

- Provide first-line technical support to customers
- Configure and maintain physical and logical networks, including switches and access points
- Track IT infrastructure availability and performance with tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, or Nagios
- Log incidents involving networks and servers
- Provide technical assistance and maintain the corporate IT environment
- Work as part of the remote customer support team
Reikalavimai
- A completed or ongoing technical or undergraduate degree in computer networking, information technology, computer engineering, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience supporting networks, servers, and technical environments
- Strong command of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, and VPNs
- Experience administering Windows and Linux servers
- Familiarity with enterprise networking hardware such as switches, routers, and access points
- CCNA certification, either obtained or in progress
