Opis
- Track developments across life insurance, financial services, and innovation markets.
- Update strategic assessments of the organization’s external and internal environments.
- Coordinate and facilitate strategic planning initiatives with multidisciplinary teams.
- Oversee the quality of strategic analyses, deliverables, and supporting documents.
- Develop actionable strategic recommendations to pursue growth opportunities and organizational objectives.
- Lead innovation initiatives and projects with internal and external partners.
- Advise executive team members on developing and evolving strategic direction.
- Represent the Strategy and Innovation Vice Presidency on decision-making committees and forums.
Zahteve
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 10 years of substantial experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, or strategic consulting.
- Knowledge of the life insurance and financial services industries.
- Ability to turn complex, ambiguous issues into clear recommendations that build alignment and prompt action.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Copilot.
- Fluent spoken and written French.
- Advanced spoken and written English.
