Opis

  • Build profitable relationships with business-account clients while increasing revenue across new and existing accounts
  • Find growth opportunities by applying knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services
  • Present payment products and services to current and prospective clients, clearly explaining their value
  • Maintain referral networks and structured calling programs that support sales generation
  • Set sales strategies and targets, then guide opportunities through closing
  • Track pipeline activity and follow up consistently to advance opportunities
  • Work with internal partners to expand and retain the existing customer portfolio
  • Use Salesforce or comparable CRM software to organize leads, activities, and sales results

Zahteve

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Seven to nine or more years of relevant experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel locally, regionally, and occasionally nationally
  • Established sales and new-business development capabilities, including strategy, goal setting, and closing
  • Previous experience selling business cards or payment solutions
  • Experience serving mid-size to large businesses, including organizations generating more than $10 million in annual revenue
  • Strong credit analysis and financial evaluation abilities, including foundational accounting knowledge for financial transactions
  • Track record of developing and using Centers of Influence to create new business opportunities
  • Ability to control pipeline activity through disciplined follow-up and execution
  • Working knowledge of payment products and general familiarity with product marketing and organizational operations
  • Strong customer relationship skills, including negotiation, sound judgment, and creative problem solving
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams to expand and retain existing portfolio customers
  • Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM for managing leads, activities, and sales performance
  • Ability to follow U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including its Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and applicable workplace conduct and safety requirements
  • Ability to meet applicable employment eligibility and background-check requirements
