Descriere

  • Set and deliver Hyatt’s long-term global distribution strategy
  • Improve the performance of every booking channel, with emphasis on growing Hyatt.com web and mobile bookings
  • Build B2B and B2C account portfolios across customer segments
  • Develop new partnerships that generate additional room nights
  • Own oversight and final decisions for third-party retail and wholesale distribution partners
  • Guide partner relationships from contract negotiation through implementation and ongoing performance review
  • Improve visibility into distribution expenses and equip hotels with tools to manage those costs
  • Create, maintain, communicate, and monitor distribution reports, metrics, and performance indicators
  • Prepare global teams to understand and apply distribution metrics in their work
  • Coordinate action plans and operating tactics that improve distribution results
  • Serve as the primary business sponsor for distribution technology programs
  • Support new hotel launches by applying effective distribution planning and practices
  • Contribute as a Room Key Board member and advise on subsidiary strategies
  • Represent Hyatt at industry conferences, panels, and trade associations
  • Direct global distribution staff, including hiring, coaching, development, and motivation

Cerințe

  • Deep understanding of distribution and its role in the hospitality industry
  • Proven success creating and implementing global distribution strategies across third-party, B2B, B2C, web, and mobile channels
  • Experience overseeing third-party distribution partners through contracting, implementation, and performance management
  • Strategic, analytical, and financially minded approach centered on improving hotel profitability
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at every organizational level
  • Solid project management capabilities and a consistent focus on measurable execution
  • Experience managing, hiring, coaching, and motivating teams
  • Preferred: Background supporting new hotel openings through distribution planning and implementation
  • Preferred: Experience sponsoring distribution technology initiatives, including intermediary connectivity and operationalizing net-rate systems
  • Preferred: Experience representing a hospitality organization at distribution-focused industry events, panels, and trade associations
