Lead Truist’s Mortgage Loan Originator team across Dallas-Fort Worth. Oversee mortgage production, compliance, recruiting, coaching, business development, and client relationships.
Descriere
- Directly manage a team of Mortgage Loan Originators.
- Execute Truist Mortgage line-of-business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
- Meet production targets through personal sales activity, leadership, recruiting, retention, coaching, and team development.
- Increase mortgage loan sales by communicating and carrying out a strategic sales plan.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external centers of influence and coordinate sales activity with Truist partners.
- Support business development initiatives alongside the Mortgage Loan Originator team.
- Ensure compliance with Truist lending policies, procedures, government regulations, secondary-market requirements, quality standards, and audit controls.
- Enhance client service through digital experiences, technology adoption, and effective mortgage-process management.
- Strengthen collaboration between the sales and operations teams.
- Support Mortgage Loan Fulfillment with client, attorney, or appraiser document follow-up identified through quality-control or post-closing reviews.
- Track local real estate conditions, mortgage product and process developments, and competitive trends.
- Recommend feedback and solutions to improve mortgage lending delivery capabilities.
- Work first shift with frequent sitting, standing, and walking.
- Perform duties in a standard office environment.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- At least five years of experience in the mortgage industry or financial services.
- Experience managing a team of four or more Mortgage Loan Originators.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage lending and its various loan products.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit and retain productive, engaged team members.
- Maintain an active Truist-sponsored registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLSR).
- Hold a unique identifier number as required under the federal S.A.F.E. Act.
- Ability to work all scheduled hours, including manager-directed overtime when business needs require it.
- Ability to access and interpret computer-based client information and communicate with people in person and by phone.
- Ability to use standard office equipment, including a PC keyboard and mouse, copiers, fax machines, and printers.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Fluency in English.
