Student Marketing Coordinator, Defined Benefit Solutions
Support Sun Life’s defined benefit pension marketing through campaigns, content, events, and KPI reporting. Hybrid role with opportunities in Waterloo, Toronto, or Montreal.
Descriere
- Help deliver thought leadership and educational marketing content, including the 2026 DBS Industry Watch and 2027 DBS Focus event.
- Coordinate project components, sponsorships, and event logistics.
- Assist with social media and email campaigns, from drafting copy and selecting images to deployment.
- Support annual updates to marketing materials, including the PRT presentation, brochure, and DBS website.
- Collect and report marketing performance indicators.
- Maintain the marketing team’s online filing system in SharePoint.
- Coordinate marketing and communications work with internal teams, including design, legal and compliance, and linguistics.
- Identify, implement, and document process improvements.
Cerințe
- Excellent project, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience managing projects.
- French and English fluency, spoken and written, is an asset.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, and Teams.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, take initiative, and manage daily responsibilities.
