Vault

Descriere

  • Design and deploy Veeva solutions for life sciences and consumer products clients.
  • Configure and implement Veeva Quality and Veeva Vault RIM capabilities.
  • Lead requirements workshops and design, prototype, configure, and document content management and QMS data solutions.
  • Build lasting client relationships that continue beyond individual projects.
  • Develop and oversee project and workstream plans and timelines.
  • Set deliverables, allocate team roles and resources, track issues and resolutions, and help manage scope and requirements.
  • Support computer system validation in GMP environments.
  • Draft and update standard operating procedures.
  • Deliver knowledge transfer and end-user training, sharing best practices.
  • Guide junior systems analysts and client staff.
  • Serve clients across life sciences, consumer products, and retail.
  • Travel an estimated 30–50% according to client and project needs, working from a home office between trips.

Cerințe

  • At least five years of experience working with or for life sciences companies.
  • Experience implementing document or quality management systems in life sciences, as a consultant or business or IT representative.
  • Experience with regulatory information management systems, including registrations and submissions, is preferred.
  • Understanding of global quality requirements, compliance considerations, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with systems such as Veeva Vault, EtQ, TrackWise, OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum, FirstDoc/FirstPoint, NextDocs, or other quality information or content management platforms.
  • Team lead experience.
  • Adaptability to work from design through hands-on configuration and take on new responsibilities.
  • Strong client service orientation and active involvement in delivering engagements and project plans or tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent presentation and publication-quality writing skills for communicating findings and recommendations.
  • Four-year degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Use AI responsibly and authentically; real-time AI-generated or scripted interview responses are prohibited.
