Senior Technical Lead – Java/J2EE (Onsite, India)
Lead Java/J2EE application management services at YASH Technologies, covering production support, enterprise architecture, and client escalations. Guide service delivery, stakeholder communication, and technical teams across global engagements.
Descriere
- Direct the Application Management Services delivery team
- Lead critical client meetings, technical discussions, status reviews, and incident assessments
- Manage senior client relationships while aligning technical delivery with business priorities
- Resolve escalations by converting complex technical problems into clear business actions
- Plan and lead monthly service review meetings
- Own production support and minor enhancements across the AMS engagement
- Maintain compliance with service-level agreements and performance metrics
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management activities
- Drive timely root-cause analysis and durable resolution of recurring issues
- Balance staffing across maintenance work and continuous improvement programs
- Provide Java engineers with architectural direction and technical supervision
- Uphold code quality, security controls, and CI/CD deployment practices
- Evaluate technical designs and support production troubleshooting
Cerințe
- Extensive experience with Java 8, 11, or 17, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate/JPA
- Strong knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, and relational or NoSQL databases
- Working familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Demonstrated experience as a senior technical lead or manager in AMS or managed services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence leading global client calls independently
- Strong ability to resolve conflicts constructively
- Composure during high-priority production outages
- Experience working with Agile and Scrum methods
- Knowledge of ITIL framework standards
