Recruit global talent for EverAI’s AI companionship platform, serving 50 million users. Build AI-enabled sourcing, candidate experiences, and hiring operations.
Descriere
- Find and secure top talent worldwide.
- Identify and engage exceptional candidates across leading technology hubs and companies.
- Reach passive candidates through thoughtful outreach and networking.
- Help build an AI-first recruiting toolkit with AI agents, technical communities, and unconventional sourcing channels.
- Build lasting relationships with prospective candidates around the world.
- Guide candidates from initial discovery call through offer close.
- Provide candidates with a clear, respectful, high-quality experience.
- Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural fit.
- Share concise, actionable interview summaries with hiring managers and leaders.
- Partner with founders and team leads to improve hiring workflows and reduce friction.
- Support employer branding projects and content.
- Experiment with sourcing approaches and AI tools, and improve internal workflows.
Cerințe
- At least three years of recruiting experience, including two years in technology recruitment.
- Experience working at a startup or scale-up.
- Experience sourcing candidates globally, including in major technology markets across the United States, Europe, and Latin America.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English.
- A goal-oriented approach, with ownership and commitment.
- A hands-on approach and the ability to balance delivery, planning, and strategy.
- Humble, eager to learn, and receptive to feedback.
- Comfort working on products built with uncensored models and content.
- AI recruiting experience or familiarity with the AI field is a plus.
- Exposure to employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or broader talent acquisition work is a plus.
