  • Advise large enterprise customers as a Salesforce platform and product expert
  • Build trusted client relationships and provide strategic guidance
  • Lead internal initiatives that strengthen the consulting practice
  • Expand shared knowledge and technical expertise across the community
  • Assess and deploy emerging technologies that improve business value
  • Explain complex concepts and provide practical, prescriptive recommendations
  • Identify, manage, and resolve delivery and technology risks
  • Set expectations and negotiate solutions with customers and third-party partners
  • Review and realign program direction, delivery approaches, and key artifacts
  • Keep programs on track while ensuring solutions remain maintainable and extensible
  • Architect technology solutions with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients
  • Shape program vision and advise on strategies involving the Salesforce Platform and other enabling technologies
  • Develop relationships with C-level executives, senior technology leaders, and decision-makers
  • Mentor and grow technical professionals

Cerințe

  • At least 8 years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience
  • At least 4 years leading Salesforce Core projects
  • Strong application design capabilities
  • Strong data, integration, and security architecture capabilities
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively across diverse roles
  • Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration
  • Extensive knowledge of integration concepts, designs, and patterns
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field preferred; equivalent demonstrable experience may substitute
  • Ability to explain and advocate for best practices at multiple organizational levels
  • Background in application design and development
  • Willingness to travel when client needs require it
  • Enterprise Architecture experience is advantageous
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications preferred
  • Consumer Goods Cloud, Consumer Goods Retail Execution or Trade Promotion Management, and consumer goods industry experience is a plus
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Agentforce for Developers
  • Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of AI-assisted development tools
  • Experience leading a technical team or workstream
  • Experience defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform is strongly preferred
