Descriere

  • Lead a product area from problem definition through launch and learning.
  • Create AI-first workflows that keep customers in control.
  • Make complex scenarios clear so users can understand their options and act with confidence.
  • Test ambitious ideas with customers, measure outcomes, and adjust direction.
  • Use AI to turn questions into solutions that can be tested.
  • Strengthen design practice through critique, clear reasoning, and sound decisions.
  • Work with product and engineering leads from early concepts through launch.
  • Design for Microsoft 365 migration and governance workflows.

Cerințe

  • At least six years designing complex business software, with shipped work owned from initial problem framing through final details.
  • Think across the full user journey and anticipate what comes next.
  • Exercise sound judgment on design decisions that are difficult to reverse.
  • Speak with customers regularly and use their behavior to guide product direction.
  • Explain and defend design rationale with designers, engineers, and executives.
  • Use AI fluently in day-to-day design work.
  • Refine and polish work in the live product and push changes to production.
  • Work effectively with an open brief and learn transparently as the work evolves.
  • Experience designing for IT, security, data, or expert audiences is a plus.
