Senior Product Designer, AI and UX Research

Design and validate AI-enabled digital products for Multiplica, using UX research, design systems, and A/B testing. Hybrid contract role based in Chile.

Descriere

  • Challenge priorities, suggest alternatives, and identify dependencies and impacts across teams.
  • Automate repetitive discovery and documentation tasks with AI.
  • Build prototypes with AI-assisted tools to validate ideas.
  • Research markets and best practices through benchmarking and discovery.
  • Design surveys and interviews, and analyze indicators.
  • Use AI to synthesize findings and ensure conclusions can be traced to their sources.
  • Create and test navigable wireframes and prototypes in Figma or code with representative users.
  • Maintain the design system and propose components, tokens, and patterns.
  • Check WCAG accessibility and reuse across brands and devices.
  • Define and analyze experience metrics, and collaborate on A/B experiments.
  • Track the impact of solutions after launch.
  • Use, adapt, and document AI skills, plugins, and workflows.
  • Coordinate UX process improvements with Product, Development, Customer Research, and Security.
  • Support handoffs to development to reduce friction and inconsistencies.

Cerințe

  • At least four years of study in Design, Engineering, Advertising, or Social Sciences.
  • At least three years of experience with digital products, ideally in B2C or e-commerce.
  • Intermediate or advanced knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Experience working with agile methods.
  • Experience using AI.
  • Basic and intermediate AI training, with credentials, covering skills, plugins, and workflows.
  • Daily use of AI for discovery, synthesis, prototyping, and documentation, supported by concrete, verifiable examples.
  • Ability to prototype with AI-assisted tools and critically review the results.
