Senior Motion Graphic Designer – Silverback Strategies

Descriere

  • Collaborate with the Creative Strategist to turn research, hooks, and briefs into visual concepts, storyboards, and final assets
  • Create static advertising assets
  • Edit and produce short-form video and motion content for paid social
  • Apply brand guidance to deliver clearly on-brand creative
  • Anticipate legal and compliance concerns to reduce revisions and rejection risk
  • Help advance the brand’s creative expression and support scale and expansion into new markets
  • Review raw photo and video footage, selecting, cropping, cutting, and editing the strongest material into finished assets
  • Produce polished, client-ready work with minimal internal revisions
  • Keep visual execution consistent across large volumes of ad variations, formats, and platforms
  • Prepare assets for client and compliance review within one or two internal revision rounds
  • Balance brand safety with fresh, engaging creative
  • Work with the Creative Strategist as part of a two-person creative team
  • Manage work independently from brief through final asset; live-shoot direction, research, testing frameworks, and reporting are outside the role

Cerințe

  • At least five years in a hands-on creative production role, such as Art Director, Senior Designer, Creative Producer, or a comparable position, including dedicated performance or paid-social experience
  • Portfolio demonstrating range in static design and video or motion editing, preferably for paid social
  • Experience applying brand guidelines of varying depth to new creative work
  • Experience in a regulated or highly regulated industry is strongly preferred
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and layered approval processes
  • Expert proficiency in Figma or a comparable tool for static design and layout
  • Strong proficiency with After Effects or a comparable tool for motion graphics and video editing
  • Ability to turn raw video and photography into finished assets through selecting, cutting, pacing, captioning, and adding graphic overlays
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere, and Illustrator
  • Understanding of creative specifications and best practices for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other paid-social platforms
  • Strong visual judgment for modern performance advertising
  • Knowledge of paid-social fundamentals, including hooks, pacing, hierarchy, and calls to action
  • Ability to develop a loose brief or visual direction using sound creative judgment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfort giving and receiving rapid, iterative feedback in a deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to work quickly without compromising polish
  • Collaborative and self-directed approach to production
  • Must be able to work remotely
