Descriere

Handle incoming and outgoing calls to resolve delinquent accounts.
Arrange payment plans and settlements tailored to each borrower’s financial situation.
Use skip-tracing tools and investigative methods to find borrowers and relevant assets.
Oversee assigned account portfolios and prioritize work to improve recovery opportunities.
Pursue individual and team performance targets.
Keep account records complete and accurate.
Communicate respectfully and professionally during challenging customer conversations.
Follow applicable collection laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements at the federal, state, and local levels.
Stay in regular contact with managers and colleagues while working remotely.

Cerințe

At least two years of experience in third-party debt collection.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Demonstrated success managing collection accounts and arranging payments.
Clear verbal communication, attentive listening, and professional phone manner.
Well-organized, detail-oriented approach to work.
Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives.
Professional, dependable, accountable, and positive approach.
Working knowledge of relevant debt collection laws and regulations.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
A professional remote workspace with minimal distractions for confidential customer discussions.
Reliable internet access to carry out the role.
Availability, responsiveness, and productivity throughout scheduled hours.
Must live and work in a state approved by LCS.
Preferred: Background in high-volume collections.
Preferred: Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection management systems.
Preferred: Experience negotiating payment plans and settlements.
Preferred: English and Spanish bilingual communication skills.
Preferred: Track record of meeting or exceeding collection targets.
