Descriere

Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve delinquent accounts.
Arrange payment plans and settlements suited to each borrower’s financial circumstances.
Use skip-tracing tools and investigative methods to find borrowers and relevant assets.
Oversee assigned accounts and prioritize collection work to support recovery.
Pursue individual and team performance targets.
Keep account records accurate and complete.
Treat customers professionally and respectfully during challenging conversations.
Follow applicable collection laws and regulations, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Stay in regular contact with managers and colleagues while working remotely.

Cerințe

At least two years of third-party debt collection experience.
Strong skills in negotiation, persuasion, and resolving conflicts.
Demonstrated ability to manage collection accounts and secure payment arrangements.
Clear verbal communication, attentive listening, and professional phone manner.
Well organized, with close attention to detail.
Able to work independently and contribute to team objectives.
Professional, dependable, accountable, and positive approach.
Working knowledge of relevant debt collection laws and regulations.
High school diploma or equivalent credential.
Able to maintain a professional, low-distraction home workspace for confidential customer calls.
Reliable internet access adequate for the role.
Able to remain available, responsive, and productive during scheduled hours.
Must live and work in a state approved by LCS.
Preferred: Background in high-volume collections.
Preferred: Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection management systems.
Preferred: Experience arranging settlements and payment plans.
Preferred: Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
Preferred: Track record of meeting or exceeding collection targets.
