Descriere

  • Convert qualified leads into new customers and generate repeat business from existing clients.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
  • Assess customer needs, build rapport, and explain company services while following call guidelines.
  • Meet conversion, booking, revenue, and other performance targets.
  • Sell residential pest control and related services in line with standard procedures.
  • Set up service accounts for new customers.
  • Collect credit card details for automatic payments on newly sold accounts.
  • Book inspections and quality-control visits for sales inspectors and technicians.
  • Use multiple programs at once to enter data, place orders, and locate accounts while speaking with customers.
  • Meet Monthly Development Plan targets.
  • Record lead details accurately in databases.
  • Resolve current customer requests in one call under the company’s resolution guarantee.

Cerințe

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous inside sales experience.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with 90% accuracy; a typing test is required.
  • Basic proficiency with Google Workspace tools, including Gmail, Sheets, and Docs.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Currently authorized to work legally in the United States.
  • Pass pre-employment screening, including criminal background and drug checks, driving record review, and verification of work history, education, licenses, and certifications.
  • English-Spanish bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
