Descriere

  • Report to the Senior Manager of Regulatory.
  • Help develop and carry out strategies to ensure product compliance in the United States and international markets.
  • Gather, review and maintain regulatory records, including test reports, ingredient and raw material documents, product specifications, safety data sheets and certifications.
  • Maintain Product Information Files (PIFs).
  • Assist with reviewing product claims and substantiation guidelines.
  • Track international regulations, guidance and certification processes.
  • Provide cross-functional teams with documentation, regulatory guidance and internal processes.
  • Support Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) registrations, assessments and reporting.
  • Maintain regulatory archives, product information and registration databases.
  • Help create and maintain regulatory standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Respond to regulatory questions from internal and external partners.
  • Help ensure products meet requirements in current and future markets, including labeling requirements.
  • Provide regulatory support throughout the product lifecycle and explain technical requirements in clear guidance.
  • Carry out other duties as needed.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biological sciences, biochemistry, cosmetic science, regulatory affairs or a related field.
  • At least two years of regulatory affairs experience, preferably in cosmetics, personal care, beauty or consumer products.
  • Experience supporting global regulatory compliance documentation, including MoCRA, EU Regulation 1223/2009 and related state and international cosmetics regulations, preferred.
  • Strong documentation skills and experience organizing and maintaining regulatory files and records.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical curiosity and a process-oriented approach.
  • Collaborative, resourceful and adaptable in a changing environment.
