Descriere

  • Lead major cross-functional improvement initiatives from identifying opportunities through implementation and benefits tracking.
  • Work with senior leaders to prioritize strategic initiatives that advance growth, efficiency, customer and employee experience, quality, and financial performance.
  • Shape long-term process transformation strategies around organizational goals and future needs.
  • Design target processes, operating models, workflows, governance, controls, roles, and performance measures.
  • Assess organizational performance and find ways to improve efficiency, effectiveness, scale, risk management, and customer outcomes.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to uncover trends, performance gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Assess financial, operational, risk, and business impacts to inform strategic recommendations and investment decisions.
  • Use operational and financial metrics, predictive analysis, benchmarks, and statistical methods to guide decisions.
  • Lead process diagnostics and engineering using value stream and process mapping, capacity modeling, time studies, workflow analysis, simulation, root cause analysis, and statistical analysis.
  • Use Lean Six Sigma, process reengineering, and continuous improvement methods.
  • Turn complex business and analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Set implementation plans, project governance, success measures, and executive reporting.
  • Oversee implementation and post-implementation reviews to sustain outcomes and realize benefits.
  • Create and deliver training to build organizational process improvement capabilities.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years of process improvement or process reengineering experience.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification.
  • Experience gathering data, conducting research and analysis, identifying problems, and presenting recommended solutions.
  • Experience with financial and risk analysis, recommendations, and business cases that include cost-benefit analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of project planning methods and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function.
  • Experience with business process analytics using Excel, flowcharts, activity diagrams, and workflow models.
  • Advanced ability to apply process improvement methods, including Six Sigma, Lean, statistics, data analysis, and change leadership.
  • Ability to document, propose, negotiate, and present approaches and solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and business knowledge to translate needs into process, IT, or other solutions.
  • Ability to envision future business outcomes and plan for the changes needed to achieve them.
  • Demonstrated use of tracking, reporting, and process mapping tools.
  • Strong conflict management, influencing, change management, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people at every organizational level.
