- Guide clients from the planning stage through building approval
- Hold planning and specification meetings with clients
- Develop final house floor plans
- Set project specifications for roofs, façades, and windows
- Plan bathrooms and kitchens
- Prepare and track required building application documents
- Provide technical support to architectural draftspeople
Cerințe
- Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related construction field from a university or university of applied sciences
- Work independently, take initiative, and focus on customer needs
- Communicate in a friendly and approachable manner
- Strong written and spoken German skills at C1 level or higher
- Show enthusiasm and commitment to digitizing the planning process
