Descriere

  • Set and maintain the Dynamics 365 CRM vision, roadmap, and backlog in line with business strategy.
  • Work with business leaders, users, IT, and other stakeholders to assess processes, needs, and platform improvement opportunities.
  • Turn business needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements for delivery teams.
  • Rank features, enhancements, defects, and technical work by value, user impact, risk, dependencies, and available resources.
  • Guide developers, administrators, analysts, architects, and implementation partners as the platform’s lead functional decision-maker.
  • Drive or contribute to discovery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, user acceptance testing, release planning, and post-launch reviews.
  • Assess processes and system capabilities for opportunities to automate, standardize, simplify, and improve the user experience.
  • Coordinate with technical teams on configuration, integrations, workflows, data, reporting, security roles, and other Dynamics 365 capabilities.
  • Track product performance, adoption, user feedback, and business results to guide ongoing improvements.
  • Set stakeholder expectations and communicate priorities, roadmaps, releases, changes, dependencies, risks, and implementation effects.
  • Help deliver change management, documentation, communications, training, and user adoption.
  • Review Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities, roadmaps, new features, and emerging technologies.
  • Maintain compliance with platform governance, security, data integrity, documentation, change control, regulatory, and sustainability standards.
  • Handle other assigned duties.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, management information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • At least five years implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or comparable CRM solutions in a service organization.
  • Experience providing functional leadership for Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a complex business or enterprise setting.
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse and API integrations.
  • Experience building and managing platform roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of business process analysis, process improvement, system configuration, data management, integrations, workflows, and reporting.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, balance competing priorities, and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients or customers.
