Junior Account Manager supporting product approvals, client service, and project delivery for Ashbury College. The role covers food-retail projects, stakeholder relationships, reporting, and opportunities to expand service provision.
Descriere
- Direct and progress products through the appropriate route.
- Oversee specification, pack-copy, and artwork approvals.
- Deliver day-to-day client service while supporting internal teams.
- Coordinate capacity and capabilities around client priorities.
- Identify opportunities to expand and develop service provision.
- Represent Ashbury in client meetings.
- Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to enhance Ashbury’s profile and reputation.
- Prepare performance and status reports.
- Manage client feedback and navigate challenging stakeholder conversations.
Cerințe
- At least one year of account management or project management experience.
- Experience in FMCG, ideally food retail.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- A strong collaborative approach.
- Competence with IT tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Accuracy, efficiency, and close attention to detail.
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to understand and develop processes.
