IT Project Manager, CTO Operating Partner — Power Digital Marketing (Remote, Brazil)

Serve as an operating partner to the CTO at Power Digital, an AI-native growth firm. Coordinate technology portfolios, operating rhythms, vendors, budgets, and executive follow-through.

Descriere

  • Manage the Technology portfolio and keep a centralized record of IT, Security, and Product initiatives.
  • Lead operating routines, including leadership agendas and notes, action tracking, contract renewals, salary-cap and budget monitoring, and executive reporting preparation.
  • Coordinate vendors, procurement follow-ups, hiring logistics with Talent, cross-department requests, and documentation.
  • Keep commitments moving by following up, identifying blockers, escalating with recommendations, and closing the loop with stakeholders.
  • Apply AI technologies to improve and streamline business processes.
  • Use Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem in support of the department.
  • Monitor KPIs for portfolio visibility, the CTO’s operational footprint, follow-through, reporting cadence, and vendor renewals.

Cerințe

  • At least three years of experience in project or program management, chief of staff, or technology operations roles supporting a senior technology leader.
  • Demonstrated ability to run programs spanning multiple workstreams using a work-management tool.
  • Strong written English, including the ability to turn unstructured updates into executive-ready status reports or decision memos.
  • Working knowledge of budgets, vendor contracts, renewals, and procurement processes.
  • Sufficient technical fluency to track IT, security, and software work and ask informed questions.
  • Persistent and respectful follow-up, with comfort holding senior stakeholders to their commitments.
  • Advanced spoken and written English (C1 or higher).
  • Availability during US business hours, with the ability to work after hours on short notice.
