- Lead paid and organic user acquisition at scale.
- Manage performance across social, search, influencer, affiliate, and emerging channels.
- Design and refine onboarding, trial, and subscription conversion flows.
- Run ongoing tests to improve activation, conversion, and early retention.
- Grow subscriber retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
- Improve subscription monetization and upsell strategies.
- Manage core growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, retention, and conversion.
- Work with product and engineering teams on product improvements that support growth.
- Scale the consumer health platform from early traction to millions of paying subscribers.
- Test, iterate, and deliver measurable results at pace.

- A track record of growing a consumer app from installs through subscriptions to recurring revenue.
- Experience driving growth at a scale of millions of users.
- Demonstrated ability to lower customer acquisition cost while increasing volume.
- Experience in consumer health, wellness, fitness, or a related subscription business.
- Strong knowledge of LTV:CAC, retention cohorts, conversion funnels, and attribution.
