Full-Time Account Manager – B2B Software Sales (Pakistan, Remote)

Lead B2B software sales for VIDIZMO, managing opportunities from discovery through close while supporting renewals and account growth. This Pakistan-based night-shift role combines proposal development, HubSpot discipline, partner selling, and daily AI-assisted sales work.

Descriere

  • Manage opportunities from initial meetings through signed orders
  • Begin with deals under USD 30,000 and progress to larger opportunities as performance is demonstrated
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, partnering with the proposal team on complex bids
  • Maintain accurate deal stages, close dates, and next steps in HubSpot
  • Coordinate with the RevOps Manager on larger opportunities
  • Support existing customers through renewals and expansion sales
  • Record every customer interaction in HubSpot on the day it occurs
  • Use Claude or a comparable AI assistant each day for call preparation, proposals, follow-ups, and CRM updates
  • Sell directly to end customers as well as through channel partners

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 3 years of experience closing B2B software deals from discovery through signed order
  • Background in developing and presenting proposals and addressing pricing and procurement questions
  • Experience managing renewals and expansion opportunities with existing customers
  • Consistent CRM discipline, including accurate stages, close dates, and next steps
  • Experience selling to government or regulated-industry buyers is a strong advantage
  • Experience using AI to automate routine work, including reusable prompts, Claude Projects, AI-assisted workflows, or simple scripts
  • Legal authorization to work in Pakistan
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet environment for calls
  • Availability for the designated night shift in Pakistan
