Descriere

Assess the social impact of proposed reorganization scenarios
Prepare and support information and consultation with employee representative bodies
Help structure team co-creation while preserving confidentiality
Shape the project narrative and produce communication materials
Coordinate with the project team and the client’s HR, employee relations, and business stakeholders
Support the reorganization of a business unit within a major telecommunications group in France
Deliver scenarios and impact analyses by January 2027, prepare the information and consultation process by the end of February, and contribute to implementation in July

Cerințe

Knowledge of the telecommunications sector, ideally with prior experience at the client group
Experience in social engineering as part of transformation support
Experience in employee relations and social dialogue
Strong communication skills, including storytelling and developing communication materials
Ability to collaborate across functions
Experience in a highly unionized workplace
Strong commitment to confidentiality

Beneficii

Remote work two days per week
