Partner with Medavie’s business and technology teams to identify data, analytics, automation, and AI opportunities. Build evidence-based business cases and guide prioritized use cases toward measurable value.

Descriere

  • Serve as the primary connection between a business division or shared service and enterprise data, analytics, and AI functions
  • Collaborate with AI and data technology consultants throughout the opportunity lifecycle
  • Organize and lead structured discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder consultations
  • Develop a detailed view of divisional strategy, priorities, operations, workflows, and performance indicators
  • Investigate unmet needs, duplicated work, delays, handoff issues, decision constraints, and customer or employee pain points
  • Identify and develop data, analytics, and AI opportunities that support enterprise strategy and priority value areas
  • Prepare decision-ready business cases covering the problem, available options, expected benefits, costs, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and investment rationale
  • Measure projected costs and benefits, evaluate trade-offs, and define value-realization metrics
  • Gather, assess, and document business requirements, process effects, and success criteria
  • Validate that opportunities are well defined, meaningful, and value focused before enterprise review and prioritization
  • Group related use cases to address larger end-to-end value-chain challenges
  • Move use cases through the enterprise process into delivery, involving process reengineering, risk, and finance experts when appropriate
  • Help ensure sustained adoption and integration of data, analytics, and AI solutions
  • Convert business challenges into opportunities involving data, analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence
  • Keep business priorities aligned with the Enterprise Transformation Office
  • Explain enterprise direction, sequencing, progress, and enablement requirements to business stakeholders
  • Monitor emerging data, analytics, and AI capabilities, including generative AI
  • Improve methods for identifying opportunities, defining their scope, and preparing decisions

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data analytics, business administration, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of business-facing experience, preferably in a senior business analysis, business architecture, transformation, or consulting role
  • Experience working with business teams or shared services to identify and advance technology opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex workshops and stakeholder discussions involving discovery, requirements gathering, option evaluation, and cross-group alignment
  • Strong background creating and documenting business cases, including benefit and cost analysis, trade-off evaluation, and value measurement
  • Experience with AI processes, information technology, or a related area
  • Ability to turn business challenges and process inefficiencies into use cases, requirements, or clearly articulated needs
  • Experience linking complex business problems to scalable data, analytics, automation, or AI-enabled solutions
  • Substantial knowledge of healthcare, government programs, and/or insurance
  • Working knowledge of AI, analytics, and data concepts
  • Strong facilitation, relationship management, and stakeholder alignment abilities
  • Clear communicator who can connect technical and non-technical perspectives
  • Able to work effectively amid competing priorities, changing mandates, and uncertainty
  • Experience or certifications in business analysis, AI, analytics, data management, or digital transformation are an asset
  • Written and spoken English proficiency is required
  • French-English bilingualism is an asset
  • Eligible for Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B), including fingerprinting, criminal record, and credit checks
  • Must have lived in Canada for a minimum of five years
  • Must have Canadian permanent resident or citizenship status
