Business Development Manager, Networking Solutions – Estonia Remote | Arrow Electronics

Support Arrow partners and customers across Estonia and Latvia with HPE, Aruba, and Juniper networking solutions. Design architectures, enable partners, and contribute to technical sales opportunities.

Descriere

  • Guide partners and Arrow sales teams through the full sales cycle
  • Lead customer discovery meetings and technical workshops
  • Assess customer needs and convert them into appropriate solution designs
  • Create and present technical proposals, architectures, and bills of material
  • Help partners respond to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs
  • Develop networking solutions based on HPE Networking, Aruba, and Juniper technologies
  • Provide guidance on switching, routing, wireless, network security, and data center networking designs
  • Advocate best practices and established reference architectures
  • Contribute to infrastructure modernization and network transformation initiatives
  • Provide partners with technical training and workshops
  • Create technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept environments
  • Work closely with HPE, Aruba, and Juniper technical teams
  • Serve as a technical escalation contact for partners and vendors
  • Build and showcase networking solutions while supporting proof-of-concept deployments
  • Review technical architectures and contribute to migration and adoption plans
  • Track networking market developments and emerging technologies
  • Support strategic customer opportunities and priority projects in Estonia and Latvia

Cerințe

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in networking pre-sales, systems engineering, technical consulting, or infrastructure engineering
  • Background working with resellers, integrators, service providers, or technology vendors
  • Experience contributing to enterprise IT infrastructure projects
  • Confident customer-facing and presentation abilities
  • Strong understanding of enterprise networking, including switching and routing, wireless and Wi-Fi, campus networks, security fundamentals, software-defined networking, data center networks, network management and monitoring, and cloud connectivity
  • Experience with HPE Networking, Aruba Campus and Wireless Solutions, Juniper Networks, HPE Aruba Central, Juniper Mist AI, Juniper EX, MX, and SRX platforms, and the Aruba CX Switching Portfolio is highly desirable
  • Aruba ACP or ACDX, Juniper JNCIA, JNCIS, or JNCIP, HPE Networking, Cisco CCNA or CCNP, or Fortinet NSE or equivalent certifications are advantageous but not required
  • Enthusiasm for networking technologies
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to make complex technical subjects easy to understand
  • Independent, motivated, and willing to learn new technologies
  • Collaborative and team-focused working style
  • Fluent English
  • Estonian or Latvian language proficiency is a significant advantage
