Descriere

  • Work with the store manager to direct day-to-day retail operations
  • Support merchandising activities and product launches
  • Drive progress toward and beyond sales targets
  • Ensure customers receive an exceptional experience with AT&T products and services
  • Coach retail sales consultants to achieve service and sales objectives
  • Lead, manage, and develop the retail team
  • Oversee store operations while supporting the delivery of leading services, entertainment, and technology

Cerințe

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Strong communication and people-leadership abilities
  • At least three years of sales or customer-service experience in telecommunications or a comparable industry
  • Previous experience managing others
  • Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Knowledge of wireless terminology, market developments, and AT&T mobility systems
  • Ability to work with key stakeholders on initiatives extending beyond the store
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to advocate for and implement change
  • Ability to motivate a team through strong performance, cooperation, and shared accountability
  • Ability to apply professional judgment to analyze issues and resolve problems
  • Self-directed approach with a focus on initiative and measurable results
