Descriere
- Deliver category-based sales growth across the assigned area
- Meet core distribution goals, including new SKU listings, picture-of-success standards, agreed visibility, and BDA requirements
- Build customer relationships and begin contract discussions covering visibility, promotions, and execution
- Plan daily field visits and coordinate with B2B customers to maintain product availability
- Share market intelligence with sales management, including sales analysis, initiative execution, competitor activity, launches, customer plans, and shopper profiles
- Execute promotional plans efficiently across assigned outlets
- Maintain product availability by coordinating with the cash van team and following up with customers
- Complete collections and financial reconciliations in line with Nestlé payment terms
- Monitor the cash van team’s daily journey plan and address operational issues
- Provide feedback on stock handling and product execution
- Comply with the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk Substitutes, Nestlé policies, and applicable local codes
Cerințe
- 2–5 years of sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Valid driving licence and personal vehicle required
- Ability to understand the business environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical capabilities
