  • Guide B2B customers through the recruiting process.
  • Find suitable candidates and connect them with customers promptly.
  • Support candidates from first contact through the end of the hiring process.
  • Plan candidate surveys and analyze their results.
  • Turn candidate feedback into practical improvements.
  • Write and distribute candidate newsletters.
  • Keep the candidate website content up to date.
  • Test candidate profiles and platform processes from a user’s perspective.
  • Spot platform weaknesses and share feedback to inform further development.
  • Suggest and carry out process improvements.
  • Handle initial recruiting support tasks independently.
  • Respond to customer success inquiries.

Prasības

  • Be currently enrolled at a state-recognized university or college.
  • Have an interest in HR, recruiting, and customer success.
  • Work in a structured way and communicate clearly.
  • Have excellent spoken and written German.
  • Bring practical experience as a working student.
  • Be friendly and persistent when working with candidates and customers.
  • Show curiosity and a willingness to learn.
  • Get up to speed quickly on unfamiliar topics.
  • Take initiative and focus on finding solutions.
