- Plan candidate surveys and analyze their results.

- Write and distribute candidate newsletters.
- Keep the candidate website content up to date.
- Test candidate profiles and platform processes from a user’s perspective.
- Spot platform weaknesses and share feedback to inform further development.
- Suggest and carry out process improvements.
- Handle initial recruiting support tasks independently.
- Respond to customer success inquiries.
