Apraksts

  • Coordinate monthly and quarterly business reviews and senior leadership forums.
  • Plan and lead strategic offsites for executives.
  • Prepare executive briefings, leadership presentations, performance reviews, and strategic communications.
  • Turn financial, operational, technology, credit, and market analysis into recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Oversee annual planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management.
  • Manage monthly forecasts, quarterly outlooks, and expense variance analysis.
  • Find opportunities to reduce costs and improve productivity.
  • Track financial results and provide insights to support decisions.
  • Lead complex initiatives across marketing, credit and risk, operations, technology, finance, human resources, and partner organizations.
  • Build senior leader relationships that support alignment and execution.
  • Coordinate enterprise-wide work, establish accountability, clear obstacles, and advance business priorities.
  • Improve governance, processes, and business effectiveness.
  • Oversee headcount governance, hiring approvals, organizational reporting, workforce analytics, position management, and operational governance routines.
  • Maintain operational reports and business metrics.
  • Safeguard data quality and administer workforce and organizational processes effectively.
  • Improve processes to streamline operations and strengthen organizational effectiveness.

Prasības

  • Bring at least 10 years of financial services experience in business management or strategic execution.
  • Have a record of managing complex global initiatives involving multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong financial skills, including P&L analysis, budgeting, resource allocation, and forecasting.
  • Translate financial data into persuasive PowerPoint presentations for senior leaders.
  • Work effectively with teams spanning varied skills and cultures.
  • Perform effectively in high-pressure, time-sensitive settings.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely in writing and speech.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
