Apraksts

  • Build, enhance, and tune scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data solutions
  • Apply Azure Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, Azure Functions, and Databricks across data engineering initiatives
  • Partner with analytics, product, architecture, governance, and business stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable solutions
  • Design and improve data extraction, ingestion, and transformation workflows
  • Develop data architecture for complex, high-volume datasets
  • Deliver sophisticated data pipelines while applying data security and privacy controls
  • Perform complex data-quality and processing work with open-source and cloud technologies
  • Provide specialized technical support during critical incidents
  • Coordinate across departments to maintain reliable data integration
  • Improve data-processing practices continuously while promoting consistency and engineering standards
  • Address complex data challenges and contribute to strategic data-infrastructure planning
  • Lead quality assurance and testing activities for data solutions
  • Coach and support less experienced data engineers
  • Help define engineering standards, reusable patterns, and solution designs through technical reviews

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related discipline is required
  • At least five years of relevant data engineering experience is required
  • Strong Python, SQL, Spark, and orchestration-tool skills, including Azure Data Factory and/or Databricks Workflows
  • Experience with big-data technologies and distributed-computing frameworks such as Hadoop and Spark
  • Knowledge of cloud data platforms and related services across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Ability to establish and manage data-governance policies, procedures, and standards
  • Experience integrating data through ETL processes, pipelines, and ingestion frameworks
  • Capability to design and implement scalable data models
  • Understanding of data operations across the full data lifecycle
  • Ability to apply data-privacy practices and manage access rights and consent protocols
  • Strong knowledge of data-quality dimensions, methods, and best practices
  • Knowledge of data-privacy regulations, cybersecurity practices, and data-security techniques
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools and practices
  • Understanding of DevOps methods
  • General programming capability
  • Experience with metadata-management solutions
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases
  • Knowledge of real-time data processing
