  • Lead a forward-deployed engineering and product ownership pod to deliver high-quality applications for ELT and ELT-1 initiatives
  • Deliver critical technical programs and establish effective engineering practices

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with at least 8 years of experience; or a master’s degree with at least 7 years of experience; or a PhD with at least 5 years of experience
  • Proven experience personally creating applications used by senior leadership, including ELT and ELT-1 audiences
  • Ability to present complex technical solutions to executive audiences
  • Broad leadership experience across diverse settings
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with peers
  • Ability to develop and coach others
  • Ability to oversee and guide colleagues’ work toward meaningful outcomes and business impact
  • Authorization to work in the United States for any employer
  • Permanent U.S. work authorization
  • No current or future U.S. work visa sponsorship available
  • Willingness to travel 25%
