Collections Executive - London Hybrid
Support Funding Circle’s small-business borrowers through financial difficulties by managing cash collections, clearing aged debt, and helping prevent loan defaults.

- Support SME business owners by assessing their financial circumstances, identifying issues, suggesting solutions, and building trusted relationships
- Provide high-quality customer service while meeting established quality standards
- Assist small-business customers while safeguarding investor returns
- Manage accounts with an emphasis on cash collection and aged-debt resolution
- Help reduce loan defaults
- Organise personal workload and productivity to meet expected service levels
- Handle additional duties as borrower, investor, and business requirements evolve
- Follow applicable regulatory requirements and FCA guidelines
Prasības
- At least six months of experience in a customer-facing role or environment within financial services
- A track record of consistently meeting targets, SLAs, and KPIs while pursuing continuous improvement
- Strong organisation skills and close attention to detail
- Ability to work across multiple systems at the same time
- Empathy for borrowers and the ability to resolve issues through excellent customer service
- A motivated, deadline-focused approach and the ability to perform under pressure without compromising quality
- Initiative to identify opportunities to use generative AI to streamline daily work and increase personal productivity
- Confidence using approved AI tools safely and effectively
- Availability to work three days per week from the London office
