Apraksts

  • Create step-by-step AI solutions for business challenges, covering tool selection, workflow design, and automation
  • Build and maintain AI agents and workflows with tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, and Grok
  • Find manual processes that can be automated or improved
  • Monitor emerging AI tools and recommend practical solutions
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer and sales calls
  • Follow up with customers and prospective clients
  • Explain technical work and solutions clearly using specific examples
  • Research and arrange award travel using points, miles, rewards programs, and transfer partners
  • Optimize the value of points for flights, hotels, and other redemptions
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the client and customers
  • Research businesses and companies
  • Create and maintain prospect and lead databases
  • Configure and manage Mixmax email campaigns
  • Manage and expand the client's LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Instagram presence
  • Manage email and calendars in Google Workspace
  • Complete general administrative work and keep records organized
  • Maintain accurate, orderly CRM data
  • Serve as the client's primary executive and administrative support

Prasības

  • Demonstrated experience personally building AI agents and workflows, beyond simply using LLMs, with examples of completed work
  • Advanced travel-hacking expertise covering points, miles, transfer partners, and award travel beyond standard flight and hotel bookings
  • Experience managing inbound and outbound customer or sales calls
  • Executive or administrative support experience, including research, prospecting, and lead generation
  • Practical experience with Google Workspace, Mixmax or comparable email campaign tools, and social media management across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Instagram
  • Hands-on experience creating AI agents and automations with ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, and Grok
  • Ability to translate business challenges into clear workflow logic and appropriate tool choices
  • Strong knowledge of points, miles, rewards programs, and award bookings
  • Skills in research, data organization, and lead generation
  • Engaging, confident, persuasive communication and the ability to explain technical work clearly
  • Proactive, strategic, organized, resourceful, and capable of working independently
  • Computer with at least 8GB RAM and an Intel i5, AMD Ryzen 5, or higher processor
  • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
  • Headset with an extended noise-canceling microphone and webcam
  • Backup computer and internet connection
  • Quiet, dedicated home workspace
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Personal computer with an Intel Core i5 or comparable processor or higher
  • Availability for 40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm MST
