Aprašymas

  • Analyze and organize Operations department milestones.
  • Support other departments as needed.
  • Research and recommend network migration and cost reduction projects.
  • Keep network designs aligned with the physical network.
  • Process new service orders within two business hours and cancellation orders within one business day.
  • Route Network Design Review orders to Billing within two business days.
  • Complete system audits within the required timeframe.
  • Process and close 95% of trouble tickets within two business days.
  • Create infrastructure, services, equipment, and transport records in the Circuit Builder Module.
  • Audit the Circuit Builder Module against the physical network.
  • Track capacity and growth at assigned core facilities or equipment, and report deviations to Operations and Planning.
  • Update the Circuit Builder Module to reflect equipment replacements and network configuration changes.
  • Remove equipment, services, and transport records when services are cancelled.
  • Prepare and provide reports as needed.
  • Handle technical calls to validate remote equipment connections.
  • Manage Network Design emails during assigned working hours.
  • Attend kickoff meetings, record relevant notes, and share them with the Network Design Team.
  • Support the SIM and Repairs Teams by validating remote access.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree and two years of Circuit Designer experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to understand and analyze network and customer designs.
  • Knowledge of CPE and network equipment functions.
  • Knowledge of the provisioning process.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet time constraints and firm deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
