  • Lead CACI’s flagship space optical communications portfolio.
  • Report to the Vice President of Optical Communications.
  • Oversee the CrossBeam product family.
  • Deliver production schedules and year-over-year market growth for the product family.
  • Lead and contribute to new business pursuits.
  • Deliver the substantial backlog on schedule and within budget.
  • Manage engineers, production staff, and program managers.
  • Build and maintain relationships inside and outside the organization.
  • Identify technology and capability gaps and develop innovative responses.
  • Set technology roadmaps and oversee technical investments.
  • Support program growth and new business capture.
  • Build relationships with strategic partners.
  • Attract and develop technical talent.
  • Meet CrossBeam production commitments each quarter and year.
  • Lead annual operating plans, capital plans, and budgets.
  • Develop and bring technical innovations to market.
  • Evaluate future needs, trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ensure the organization has the structure and staffing to serve business and client needs.
  • Lead organizational performance, staff development, and retention.
  • Deliver strong revenue and profit for CACI.

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 15 years of program leadership and customer-facing work in aerospace or defense product development and manufacturing.
  • Track record leading high-tech development and manufacturing teams.
  • Working knowledge of Department of Defense or federal procurement practices.
  • Experience managing large, diverse employee teams and complex programs and portfolios.
  • Experience balancing customer and employee expectations and resolving operational issues with creative solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to contribute collegially to a strong leadership team.
  • Ability to organize and lead customer meetings.
  • Experience partnering with capture teams to negotiate agreements and partnerships with competitors.
  • Experience developing solutions and pricing strategies.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and managing direct and indirect reporting structures.
