Aprašymas

  • Support CPIS overpayment programs by working in client claims systems
  • Review paid, adjusted, and offset claims in the client system
  • Review and update member eligibility records
  • Investigate questionable cases and communicate findings
  • Record client-system findings in the appropriate related systems
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues and team members
  • Work independently according to established procedures
  • Research insurance eligibility and medical claims
  • Identify and process Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial claim overpayments

Reikalavimai

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • Successfully complete pre-employment criminal background and drug screening
  • Have basic knowledge of insurance procedures, insurance carriers, Medicare, and Medicaid
  • Have experience with data entry or medical claims data entry processing
  • Demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Understand medical terminology and healthcare eligibility processes
  • Demonstrate strong investigative, research, and critical-thinking skills
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong organization and multitasking abilities
  • Work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team
  • Pass an internet speed test with download speed of at least 25 Mbps, upload speed of at least 5 Mbps, and ping of no more than 175 ms
  • Be able to connect to a modem or router using an Ethernet cable
  • Live in one of the listed eligible states
  • Have a background in benefit or coverage concepts, preferred
