Junior Pension Consultant
Sell corporate pension plans at Brasilprev through consultations, presentations, and cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
Aprašymas
- Oversee sales of corporate pension plans from initial engagement through completion.
- Manage the sales process for corporate clients.
- Provide individual consultations and present pension plans.
- Track enrollment rates for corporate contracts.
- Meet targets for monthly and additional contributions and portability transfers at the close of each sales process.
- Grow customer portfolio results through cross-selling and upselling.
- Improve enrollment rates and customer satisfaction.
Reikalavimai
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, or another quantitative field.
- Understand financial mathematics.
- Have experience with open or closed pension plans, including their legislation and taxation, or experience in financial services or insurance.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Be fluent in English.
- ANBIMA C-Pro R certification is an advantage.
- Knowledge of closed and multi-employer supplementary pension funds (EFPC) is an advantage.
