- Liaise regularly and directly with accounts colleagues and property managers
- Collaborate with accounts teams across a portfolio of clients and property management teams
- Develop and maintain professional relationships throughout the business
- Process substantial volumes of client financial data accurately
- Provide administrative support to Assistant Client Accountants and Client Accountants
- Complete work to schedule while meeting internal and client KPIs
- Maintain and update control spreadsheets
- Raise scheduled and one-off service charges
- Record income received into bank accounts
- Complete bank reconciliations
- Prepare and transfer rental income to clients
- Undertake additional duties that help the accounting department operate smoothly

- GCSE grades A–C in Maths and English
- Strong numerical ability
- Comfortable using IT systems, especially Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Well-developed organisation, prioritisation, and communication skills

- Proactive, practical, and positive approach to responsibilities
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with colleagues
- Motivation to learn and progress in the position
