  • Shape and maintain Solink’s category narrative and brand perspective
  • Commission or develop original research and data-led thought leadership
  • Manage an editorial calendar spanning blogs, LinkedIn, newsletters, speaking engagements, and podcasts
  • Establish editorial standards and quality benchmarks for the content program
  • Lead the trade-focused speaker and influencer program from planning through delivery
  • Coordinate executives, customers, and external analysts or partners as speakers, panelists, and collaborators
  • Work with Sales and Demand Generation to produce enablement materials
  • Adapt content into talk tracks, one-pagers, social posts, sales presentations, and campaign messaging
  • Lead content staff and coordinate freelance writers, designers, and agencies
  • Oversee budgets for content production, speakers, sponsorships, and influencer activities
  • Track content performance and report on engagement, share of voice, and pipeline contribution
  • Take ownership of major initiatives with strategic responsibility and independence
  • Coach team members and manage freelance and agency contributors
  • Address cross-functional dependencies and resolve conflicts

Талаптар

  • At least seven years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, or content strategy, including work in B2B SaaS or a comparable technical field
  • At least two years of direct people management or leadership of a blended employee, freelancer, and agency team
  • A record of owning a brand or category narrative and developing it into an ongoing content program
  • Experience creating or managing speaker, analyst, or influencer programs
  • Strong editorial judgment with practical writing and editing skills
  • Experience collaborating with Sales or Demand Generation to turn content into pipeline-supporting materials
  • Experience in physical security, loss prevention, retail operations, or another operations- and data-oriented sector is preferred
  • Experience commissioning or producing original research or data studies is preferred
  • Familiarity with content and social analytics tools is preferred
  • Successful candidates must complete a criminal records check after hiring
  • Must be a Canadian or American citizen or otherwise eligible to work in Canada or the United States, and comply with Solink’s security policies and standards
