Advise Tanium’s People team and business stakeholders on a broad range of U.S. employment matters
Lead workplace investigations involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower complaints, and policy violations
Respond to claims, demand letters, administrative complaints, audits, and other employment inquiries
Coordinate pre-litigation and litigation matters with outside counsel when needed
Draft, review, and negotiate employment documents and templates
Create, maintain, and update employment policies, standards, and HR guidance
Support federal contractor compliance, including OFCCP evaluations and AAP preparation and maintenance under VEVRAA and Section 503
Counsel stakeholders on legal issues involving AI tools in recruiting and employment practices
Develop and deliver employment-law training for the People team, employees, and managers
Track employment law developments and explain relevant changes and business impacts to stakeholders

Талаптар

At least five years of relevant employment law experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, or both
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution
Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws, including the FLSA, ADA, FMLA, Title VII, and state equivalents
Experience conducting or overseeing workplace investigations
Familiarity with federal contractor compliance, including OFCCP audits, AAP preparation, and VEVRAA and Section 503 requirements
