- Lead annual regional planning and the three-year strategy
- Turn regional priorities into actionable plans, timelines, and project structures

- Manage attendance strategies that improve retention and address chronic absenteeism
- Oversee family engagement initiatives and support Operations Managers
- Direct enrollment strategy, recruitment campaigns, community outreach, and enrollment-team performance
- Track enrollment data and manage HubSpot, SchoolMint, and PowerSchool systems
- Lead regional internal communications and prepare executive communications
- Manage the regional Board of Directors, including meetings, calendars, documentation, onboarding, and governance
- Oversee charter applications, renewals, amendments, authorizer compliance, and regulatory reporting
- Build compliance systems and maintain relationships with authorizers and regulatory bodies
- Plan and deliver regional expansion, including school launches and grade-level growth
- Research expansion opportunities and coordinate readiness across facilities, enrollment, staffing, operations, and community engagement
- Coordinate regional crisis response and maintain protocols that prioritize student safety, school continuity, and regulatory compliance
- Advise school leaders and regional staff on sensitive or high-risk issues

- At least seven years of professional experience in strategy, operations, consulting, public sector leadership, or education management
- A record of managing complex projects or operational workstreams with multiple stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing materials for executives and boards
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive issues affecting schools and communities
- Deep commitment to educational equity and improving outcomes for students served by Rocketship schools
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience with HubSpot, SchoolMint, and PowerSchool operations
- Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
- Ability to perform required communication, standing, walking, sitting, reaching, and near- and distance-vision tasks
