- At least 9 years of experience in professional services or a related industry.
- Professional Databricks certification required: Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional or Databricks Certified Machine Learning Professional.

- Knowledge of administering and maintaining stable, secure, scalable, and cost-effective data solutions.
- Strong skills in data engineering, movement, integration, transformation, and cleansing.
- Ability to design, manage, and optimize data warehouses or modern data platforms.
- Advanced data modeling skills, including entity-relationship, dimensional, and semantic modeling.
- Ability to conduct data analytics and exploratory data analysis.
- Experience implementing data governance frameworks and policies, including Unity Catalog.
- Understanding of data security, encryption, and access controls.
- Knowledge of networking for on-premises or cloud Databricks deployments.
- Understanding of DevOps or DataOps and Databricks solution deployment.
- Expertise in SQL and Spark, including PySpark and Spark SQL.
