  • Coordinate and administer clinical trials in line with study protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Organize and maintain study files, essential documents, and regulatory submissions
  • Help prepare study materials, including informed consent forms and case report forms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support communication and effective trial delivery
  • Track clinical trial milestones and metrics and contribute to related reporting
  • Support sponsor-dedicated work through ICON’s global clinical research expertise
  • Contribute to the work of a global, science-led, patient-focused pharmaceutical company with offices in the Brussels region

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related discipline
  • Previous clinical research experience or a strong interest in the field
  • Understanding of clinical trial procedures, regulations, and guidelines
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
